We’re now looking for a motivated and sharp Alliance Lead to join and lead engagement with our partners (CSP & MSP).

Job Description:

  • We’re seeking a passionate alliance lead with a proven track record in the cloud products space.
    This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact at a rapidly growing startup.
    You will play a pivotal role in executing and refining our partnership strategy, driving revenue growth, and establishing ControlMonkey as a market leader in the cloud automation space.
  • Lead day-to-day relationships and be the liaison between our Sellers and the Cloud Service Providers to advance mutual commercial development.
  • Drive CSPs to build and progress qualified pipeline in partner sourced ARR opportunities.
  • Identify commercial opportunities across our Cloud partner ecosystem using an account mapping sheet, create reports, forecast, and present to sales management to ensure meeting quarterly targets and optimizing the regional program.
  • Coordinate the GTM execution and continuously manage alliance performance metrics and outcomes to improve the partnering efforts with our partners.
  • Work with partner marketing to create and improve partner-facing enablement materials and templates and educate our sales team on how to co-sell with Cloud partners.
  • Act as the point of contact to increase partner knowledge on the ControlMonkey platform and proactively train partners in our core proposition, new use cases and new platform functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure customers & partners satisfaction.
  • Execute our GTM strategy with our partners (CSP & MSP).
  • Direct contribution of sales opportunities.
  • Shorten sales cycle by leveraging our partnerships with cloud service providers.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales/partnership, with a proven track record in the cloud products space.
  • Deep understanding of the B2B sales cycle.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset and ability to adapt sales/partnership approaches in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Collaborative approach to working with technical teams and understanding customer needs.
  • Proficient in data-driven decision-making with a proven ability to interpret and leverage data insights to optimize sales strategies and enhance team performance.
  • Passion for driving growth and making an impact in the cloud management industry.
  • Knowledge of sales automation tools and CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce).

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with the DevOps ecosystem and the cloud infrastructure landscape.
